Proofing & Content

Your order will not be printed until you are 100% satisfied. We will then send you a low resolution jpg file proof of your design via email for your approval. Please check this carefully.

You will then have the opportunity to have any changes made. I allow up to two sets of changes within my pricing, if you require more you will be charged an additional $5.oo per alteration.

A final proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all text and content are correct before approving the artwork for printing.

Once approved by the customer, the files are immediately sent for printing.
Colours may vary slightly due to the printing process and variations on individual's computer screen settings.
Please send high resolution, 300dpi photographs for use on your cards. Low-resolution images will produce an inferior result. I will contact you if we believe the photos are not of a high enough standard.

As part of our service, we perform basic photo retouching free of charge, such as eliminating red-eye & blemishes, and overall colour and brightness improvement.

OverallBeing Design will not accept any responsibility for customers' text. Derogatory or abusive language will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject orders if such language is used and all deposits lost.
