July News!!!!
We now can use Paypal payments....yay! I can hear alot of you saying....Yes it took me abit to organise and workout....well just finding the time to sit and read how it all works....But at time of ordering you will receive amount owing and payment options. If you choose paypal we will send you an invoice direct to you.
What a month we have had inside OB and its not even end of July yet! New Pendant tiles.....new stock coming soon all handmade and knitted......You really should be inside our fanclub to be updated more with insider secrets :)
But the most exciting news of all is that Overall Being has had a face lift....what do you think?? New webpages and NEW logo!!

Dear Visitor to Overall Being website,
Welcome to everyone !
This is the first of many newsletters after a
break from Overall Being in awhile since our revamp of website and products. I
hope with the time lapse each and every one of you are safe and
healthy.
Update about Me...Well for some of you you would already know my
paths over the 12months but those of you who I unfortunately dont get to catch
up with much here is a brief overview.....I have had a new little man 12 months
ago which makes it 4 little men now....Moved home....and recreating Overall
Being. So life has been quite busy to say the least but very rewarding
!
Winter time!!!...is surely amongst us all. What does Winter mean to
you?
Winter time to me means footy....muddy football boots surrounding
my clean laundry and the crisp cool air and rainy days. Not too mention the warm
snuggly fires, Blankets and delicious soups served with your favourite winter
time drink at night once the kids are in tucked up in bed. Winter time also
marks a time of footy season amongst most of us. Go Bombers! Sorry I had to
throw that in...But am hoping this newsletter brings warmth to you
all.
Overall Being has been very busy revamping the website and also the
product range for you. We hope soon you can check out the new and improved "OB"
and let us know your thoughts either via our Guestbook or email.
Winter
this year has brought celebrity status to Overall Being....Yes little Shiloh
Jolie-Pitt turns 3 soon and we have been blessed enough to have an amazing
opportunity in hand making a Minky Blanket for her & a Pandora "style"
bracelet. So keep an eye out in magazines we just may see her in
them....
In this issue I am excited to bring you a new format...product highlight
range....a winter time tip for you to try out at home. ....but also we are
adding a new addition...This new addition is to highlight a fellow work at home
business. I encourage each and every one of you to take a moment and a cuppa to
check them out. Working from home with family committments can be quite daunting
and draining...so embrace with me to support those who are in this line of
business.

Lisa's Tip
Moment
Soothing the
emotions
Acupressure (using the pressure of your fingers or
thumbs to stimulate acupuncture points) can have quite impressive results on the
emotions.
Try the following:
If you're feeling irritable-
Place your fingers under your ears, behind the lobes. Tilt your head back
slightly and you should find a small hollow just beneath the bony ridge of the
skull. Press firmly on the points behind both ears with a deep, steady touch-it
should be tender, but not too painful. Hold for about 30 seconds. These points
will also help clear your head if you are feeling confused and tired, or help to
stave off headaches.
For repressed
emotions- If you are holding onto a negative emotion, try using your
thumbs to work in from your armpits towards the bottom edge of your
collarbone-you will probably find two quite tender spots. Apply enough pressure
to feel a certain amount of pain, and hold the points for a few moments. Keep
breathing while you press, imagining the tension and emotions disappearing every
time you breathe out.
To help you become
calm- Find the point that lies in the "web" between the thumb and first
finger of your left hand. It will probably be quite tender. Breathe deeply while
you apply firm, even pressure for a few moments. You can do this unnoticed in
public when you feel your nerves becoming taunt.
Why not try adding a
drop of Lavender to your fingertip Pad...Lavender has always been knows to have
a calming affect on the soul.
